Honda CB description

1980 Honda CB750C cafe racer custom built by Burgundee Bikes of Cocoa Florida. 8 test miles on build since completion.

I purchased this bike approx. 1 year ago to display in my loft as art. It has been stored since then in my air conditioned loft with gas out of the tank - no sunlight - no fading.

Burgundee Bikes started with a clean 750C with approx. 14K miles - clean title - no accidents - no rust. They rebuilt the engine and carbs - chopped the fender and fork - painted the frame, wheels and tank - added custom new seat, speedo and tail light. Every inch of the bike was gone through - every nut, bolt and wire either cleaned or replaced. Light patina on the original parts left on the bike. Photos speak for themselves.

What attracted me to this bike was the quality of the build - the stance, the hand painted tank graphic and the fact that much of the bike's originality remains (wheels, exhaust, etc.) I am a car guy and I would consider this bike a "resto-mod" - much of the originality remains while the performance and looks have been enhanced. This is basically a brand-new 36 year-old bike.

I am moving next month and my new loft has no elevator - so I will not be able to take the bike with me. Don't want to park it outside or put into storage.

I will assist with shipping to the best of my ability. The bike is located in downtown Sacramento CA and can be easily removed from my loft and loaded onto a transport - or throw some gas in and ride it home.

I have had a little walk around checking out the preparations for the show. I haven’t seen anything that I haven’t already seen or heard about previously, but here’s a selection from three of the halls. Yamaha are the only manufacturer to use an industrial crane to place some of its bikes up on high rise stands.
