Honda CB description

This bike was purchased in 1965 at the Honda factory by a Yamaha factory race team. Only racers could buy as Honda wanted the public to see these Promotional bikes that did 140 mph. Factory explained that the bike is totally stock except for the head, they called it a Daytona head. Over the last seven years have cleaned up and freshened up motor, light hone still STD bore new rings compression when first done 125 PSI each cylinder. Motor has been run on synthetic oils from the mid 70's. NOS parts used(Foot Peg supports, Head Light, Front Fender) and some high quality reproduction(Rubber foot pegs, Badges, Handle bar cushions, mirrors, ect..). The original owner didn't like flat seat and this seat needs to have new foam and cover or replacement flat seat.(Motorcycleseatsdirect.com) new $150-$300. No Title but have letter from DMV cali saying off computer can be registered in other states or with affidavit from me can reg in Cali. This bike has been in the family since 65 and in 1976 I had the opportunity to take her up to 132 MPH according to the speedometer. Looking to see what I can get. Reserve set Very High! Make bids! Ryan Dungey scored his fourth win of the season but it was not enough to take second place in the points race behind champion Ryan Villopoto. That honor went to JGRMX Yamaha‘s Davi Millsaps who placed second to Dungey in the season-ending race at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. Dungey took the holeshot and led every lap to take the win for Red Bull KTM.

Lorenzo Wants to Race at Assen Despite Breaking Collarbone in Three Places

Jorge Lorenzo underwent two hours of surgery earlier this morning in Barcelona, Spain, to insert eight screws and a titanium plate to secure his fractured collarbone. By the afternoon, the Yamaha rider was back in the Netherlands to prove he is healthy enough to race in tomorrow’s TT Assen. The reigning MotoGP champion broke his collarbone in three places after high-siding in a wet practice session Thursday.
