Harley-Davidson Touring description

For sale is my 16 road glide. This is the special which has the gloss black inner fairing, adjustable rear shocks, navigation or infotainment. It also has the silver pin stripe. The bike is vivid black. I have done a lot of upgrades to the bike and always use the best parts in my opinion on my motorcycles. My stuff is never abused and always meticulously maintained. I always purchase from American Harley in Leominster and have services done there. They all know me there so feel free to call and ask about the bike.

Extras are as follows
23" chrome glenndyne G8 front wheel. These are American made and the only wheel company that crash tests their products for the highest level of quality! Light weight also as opposed to your other standard brands. $2,700

Stock rear wheel in the back has been chromed to trick the eye. On the 2014 and later models using anything bigger than a 16 in the rear with a 23"+ up front can cause it to be squirrelly with added weight in the rear due to the side wall of the tire in 17" and 18" whee sizes. 16" it rides perfect. It also has the G-rotors up front which are more money but best quality and look the best! Avon tire up front! $600

The front fender is a 23" wrap style fender by glenndyne. It's their hybrid fender. Very nice all steel with chrome spacers. $500

Chrome lower fork legs with black fork sliders. $800 installed

Chrome flush mount front axle $125

12" spooky fast bars in black $600 installed

4 point chrome docking kit with magnetic caps $200+

Harley Davidson chrome curved license plate bracket $70

HD short antenna $30

Chrome floorboard relocation kit. 1" out and 1" forward $75

Rinehart xtreme duals in chrome with 3.5" mufflers and chrome tips $800

High performance rinehart baffles $90

Zippers Thundermax autotune programmer $1,000

Ngk iridium spark plugs $30

Chrome Harley shifter linkage $120

Arlen ness chrome inverted intake beveled style $350

Black Harley grips that look like the pm grips $100

HHI 23x front triple trees for the 23" wheel. Anodized black. $900 + $350 installation

Black performance machine mirrors $100

Hog tunes metal speaker grilles $50

Brand new this bike is almost $25,000. Add everything I have into this bike and you are at around $34,000-$35,000 give or take. This bike is absolutely immaculate! Not a scratch on it. I'm very anal when it comes to pint and even worse with black. I'm picky and don't let anyone touch or ride my bike(s). Unfortunately I'm in the process of purchasing a new home and need the cash for a down payment. I have the title in hand clean and clear.

Motorcycle Ride for Diabetes

Fri, 23 Jan 2009

Photograph by: Roy Antal, Leader-Post By and large, motorcyclists are some of the most generous citizens in the world. Riding events all over the world bring in untold millions of dollars for numerous worthy charities. Keeping with this theme, one hardy Canadian rider is braving the Great White North’s frigid winter temperatures by riding his Harley coast to coast to raise awareness for diabetes, a disease that has seen a rapid explosion of new afflictions.

EICMA 2013: Harley-Davidson Revolution X 750 & 500

Mon, 04 Nov 2013

The Street 750 and Street 500 from Harley-Davidson represent the first all-new platform from Harley-Davidson in 13 years. Built for urban environments, the Street series machines fall under the Dark Custom design and are intended for young, urban riders. The two motorcycles feature the new liquid-cooled Revolution X engine, a narrow, agile chassis with a low seat height (26.3 inches), new suspension, a wide handlebar and minimalist styling. Not all markets will get both engine sizes, but the U.S.
