My Candy Orange 2013 Road Glide was purchased new Nov '13, and is in excellent condition(Le Pera seat not included). All modifications were completed by the Dealer; I'm not a fan of chrome, so I had every possible piece powder coated or replaced. The accessories, powder coating, paint work, true duals and labor alone, totaled $13,450.17, and I have a detailed invoice. The bike has a clean title; has never been wrecked; and is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Inspections are highly encouraged; If you have any questions, please advise PRIOR to bidding..... Forbes Expects Harley-Davidson to Announce Gains for Q3 2011
Mon, 17 Oct 2011In anticipation of Harley-Davidson announcing its third-quarter performance in 2011 Forbes.com expects Harley will reveal its third straight quarter of sales growth. The article says that financial analysts expect “earnings of $0.76 per share, up 47.4% from the same quarter of last year.” Additionally, an 18.8% gain in revenues is expected. Interestingly, the article refers to Harley’s motorcycles as “luxury items,” and as such sees Harley’s increased sales and profit as a possible harbinger of an improving U.S.
Easy Rider 40th Anniversary
Tue, 27 Oct 2009Peter Fonda, who played Wyatt in the 1969 cult classic, Easy Rider, was in Glendale, CA on Friday to help promote the Blu-Ray release of the film which marks the 40th anniversary. The movie was scheduled to be shown at the Love Ride event that was canceled this year, instead the film screened at a local Harley-Davidson dealer. One of the film’s main objective was to expose violence and racism in the U.S. in a negative light but instead it seems that it was taken the wrong way with most, glorifying the lifestyle that was portrayed in the film.
