For sale here is this 2009 Harley Davidson FLHTCU Ultra Classic.  This bike runs and rides great however it has been laid down and has damage.  I have provided a detailed list of the damage along with photos to the best of my ability for you to inspect.  I am willing to assist the buyer with shipping arrangements if needed and I do offer world wide shipping.

  • The upper inner and outer fairings are damaged;
  • The fuel gauge is missing;
  • The right side lower leg fairing as a dime size ding and paint scratches;
  • The right saddle bag has paint scratches on the bottom;
  • The trunk lid and box are damaged;
  • The left saddle bag lid has scratches;
  • The passengers rear foot rests have been removed;
  • The seat cover has a tear;
  • The gas tank is dented;
  • The left lower leg fairing has paint scratches;
  • The front crash bar has scratches;
  • The left front speaker is damaged;
  • The radio does not work
  • and the windshield is missing.

In the new movie, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Harley-Davidson and Marvel Entertainment have teamed up once again, as our super hero is seen defending man kind on the new Harley-Davidson Street 750. H-D and Marvel have had a long relationship, and to unite fans of both brands, Harley-Davidson is seeking candidates to join Captain America as “Agent 1” and star in a brand-new digital franchise, which will introduce a new chapter of action, including a group of characters created by Marvel’s Custom Division exclusively for Harley, and feature the new Harley-Davidson Street 750. The mini-movie and digital comic will debut in Marvel and Harley-Davidson online and social channels this summer.

Metzeler Me888 Marathon Ultra Introduced At V-Twin Expo

    At V-Twin Expo in Cincinnati this past weekend, Metzeler released the ME888 Marathon Ultra, a high-mileage tire with increased wet and dry performance intended of complement the top-selling ME880 Marathon. Also known as the Triple 8, the ME888 Marathon Ultra features newly processed compounds, updated structure and an innovative tread pattern, resulting in increased mileage while maintaining stability, handling, traction and safety in wet conditions. “We fine-tuned all the features that made the ME880 such a success, and then focused on significant mileage improvement,” Chris Wall, Metzeler Director of Marketing and Key Accounts, said.

Harley-Davidson to Assemble More Models in India

Harley-Davidson is expanding its assembly operations in India, increasing the number of models imported as complete knockdown kits to nine. Harley-Davidson will now assemble the Fat Boy, Fat Boy Special and Heritage Softail Classic in India, joining six models already being assembled in India. The move follows India’s new budget which increases import duties on motorcycles with engines larger than 800cc to 75% from the previous rate of 60%.
