Sharp 1970 FLH, Very Original,  Original Paint, speedo says 43000 miles, runs and rides great, same owner 35 years. Bike was  pin striped in Laconia Nh. Meny meny years ago. Says "Hogback growler"  a real time capsule.  Sorry for the dim pictures they do not do it justice, most of the paint is still bright.

Owner of Tsunami-Tossed Harley-Davidson Found in Japan

Harley-Davidson representatives in Japan have identified the owner of the motorcycle lost in last year’s tsunami but later found on a remote beach in Canada. The 29-year-old owner, Ikuo Yokoyama, lives in Yamamoto, Japan, in Miyagi Prefecture, the region hardest hit by the 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami. Yokoyama survived the disaster but lost three family members and is still living in temporary accommodations.

Harley-Davidson Offers “Steel Toe Tour” of York Factory

Harley-Davidson is adding a new factory tour program offering visitors a personal look at the company’s York production facility. For years, the M has been offering free factory tours of its operations in York, Pa., Kansas City, Mo., Tomahawk, Wis., and Menomonee Falls, Wis., facilities. In 2009, Harley-Davidson introduced a premium tour that takes guests into “employee-only” areas called the “Steel Toe Tour” at its Menomonee Falls location.
