BIKE HAS BEEN LOWERED A HALF AN INCH WITH COVERED SHOCKS ON REAR, CUSTOM INDIAN LARRY SEAT PAISLEY HAND TOOLED LEATHER, HARLEY SKULL COVERS THRU-OUT, HARLEY SKULL TEARDROP MIRRORS, ISO FOOT PEGS, SKULL GRIPS, JOKER MACHINE LEVERS, TEARDROP AIR CLEANER WITH CUSTOM NO-MESS BREATHER SYSTEM, CUSTOM ACCEL IGNITION SYSTEM UPGRADE, AND THE ALL CLASSIC TOMBSTONE TAIL LIGHT. Rare Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and Memorabilia Up for Auction
Tue, 24 Jun 2014More than 500 rare Harley-Davidson motorcycles and collector’s items will be hitting the auction block on June 28. The items belong to Ron Shreffler, former owner of a Harley-Davidson dealership in Manteno, Ill. The retired Shreffler once had plans to open a Harley-Davidson museum but has now decided to auction off his collection gathered from 48 years in the industry.

Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
Q1 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Sales Down 14.7% from 2011
Wed, 01 May 2013U.S. motorcycle sales were down 14.7% over the first quarter compared to the same period last year, reports the Motorcycle Industry Council. The industry group, which collected data from 20 reporting manufacturers, says American consumers bought 93,375 motorcycles and scooters in the first three months of 2013, down from the 109,425 vehicles purchased in the same period of 2012.
