Starting life as a 2001 Electraglide, this bike has went through a total transformation. The bike is a 16000 mile twin cam 88 carburated bike with a 5 speed transmission. A full chromed frontend was added along with raked trees. The front wheel is a 23 inch RC Components Wheel with a matching 18 inch rear wheel. The bike has a cool two tone green candy paint scheme that is in really good condition with a couple of touch ups from normal wear and tear. Paul Yaffee apes were used along with RC true dual exhaust, a Pioneer AM/FM/CD/DVD with flip up screen, chrome controls and custom mirrors. The bike rides super and commands attention! Until now, Zero conducts its sales over the Internet with the help of a system of Independent Representatives around the country who use a handful of demo models instead of actual inventory to showcase the brand. As both demand and production have increased, Zero is ready to adopt a new dealer-based model.
Blues Brothers Too Old for Harley-Davidson 110th Anniversary Celebration?
Fri, 10 May 2013Comedian Dan Aykroyd says he offered to bring his Blues Brothers act to Harley-Davidson‘s 110th Anniversary celebrations but was turned down because H-D executives said the act was too old for the company’s target demographics. Aykroyd, playing the role of Elwood J. Blues with the late John Belushi playing “Joliet” Jake Blues, posted a statement on his official Facebook page suggesting Elwood is trading in his Harley-Davidson motorcycle for a Can-Am Spyder.
