1971 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLH, 1971 Harley Davidson FLH - Title matches the frame number. The unit has S&S cases, S&S cylinder heads & S&S cylinders. The motor is a 93ci S&S shovel head. 3 5/8 bore, 4 1/2 in stroke, late model 514 cam which is 78-84 & 73-91 style S&S oil pump. Super-G carb.....the engine information can be confirmed through S&S with the case number which is *A02620*.This motorcycle is not going to last. Super nice motorcycle taken in as a trade, would love to keep it! This is ready to ride and you can ride it home!! Wheels & tires in good shape, seems to have little primary leak, nothing bad. Keanu Reeves Starts Arch Motorcycle Company – Production to Begin in 2013
Fri, 05 Oct 2012Actor Keanu Reeves is getting into the motorcycle business, starting up the Arch Motorcycle Company with Gard Hollinger of L.A. County Choprods. The new company will build motorcycles based on the KR GT-1 prototype pictured above, with production set to begin in 2013.
Harley-Davidson Adds Twin Cam 96 and 103 Engines to Factory Remanufacturing Program
Tue, 17 Jan 2012Harley-Davidson has added the Twin Cam 96, Twin Cam 103 and 2003-2006 CVO Twin Cam 103 engines to its engine remanufacturing program. The program, which previously accepted 1984 and newer Evolution 1340, Twin Cam 88, Twin Cam 88B and Twin Cam 95 powerplants, takes used engines, rebuilds and repaints them. Customers can take their existing Harley-Davidson motorcycle to a dealer which will remove the engine and send it back to the factory.
