Ducati Superbike description
2010 Ducati 848 Nicky Hayden edition, Bike is perfect except for 3 minor things, The original dash was replaced by the previous owner at around 5300 miles and i have since put around 2800 miles on it. Also theres a small crack in the fairing on the right side but it's not noticeable unless your looking for it. Finally there is a little bit of yellowing around the gas cap due to spillage but its minor. I've had the bike for a little over 2 years and haven't had a single issue. There are several after market parts on the bike as you can see such as an Akrapovic slip on, integrated tail light, gold brake rotors, Rizoma racing levers, new gold chain, as well as a few other things I'm forgetting. I always took perfect care of this bike, washed it after every ride, cleaned it meticulously during the winter, never rode it in the rain, and stored it in a heated garage. It runs perfectly and is a major head turner. Its had the 7500 mile service done and i just put on a pair of brand new pirelli Super Corsa tires on it. I hate to sell it but like most people i lost the time to ride it, any question just ask....Thanks I will work with shipping providers within reason if you need to have it shipped but only after the full payment has cleared. |

Recreate Rossi’s Corkscrew Pass on Stoner at Laguna Seca with Paper
Fri, 27 Dec 2013Valentino Rossi‘s career is full of many incredible moments but few are as indelible as the move he made to pass Casey Stoner on the 23rd lap of the 2008 U.S. Grand Prix at Laguna Seca. The controversial cut through the famous Corkscrew was arguably the most dramatic moment of the 2008 MotoGP season (and ironically, recreated this year, with Marc Marquez turning the tables on Rossi).
“Ducati Remains Ducati” Says Audi CEO
Thu, 12 Jul 2012Audi AG Chief Executive Officer Rupert Stadler addressed Ducati‘s workforce in Bologna, Italy, for the first time to address his company’s impending acquisition of the motorcycle maker. Joined by members of Ducati‘s management including President and CEO Gabriele Del Torchio, as well as Thomas Sigi, Audi’s head of human resources, Stadler met with Ducati’s entire workforce of nearly 1000 people to discuss the future of the company. The address comes after the European Union granted its blessing to the acquisition.
Streetfighter 848, with added bling
Thu, 29 Sep 2011Now, you could hardly accuse the Streetfighter of not being good-looking, but for those of you who want a little more, Ducati have - of course - produced a range of aftermarket accessories to add a bit of bling to the already fairly tasty Streetfighter 848.Most of the Japanese aftermarket add-ons (or genuine accessories as they're known) are either too conservative or remarkably pointless. Let's take the fake-carbon clock surround on the CBR600RR or body-coloured pillion seat hump on the R1 as examples from a list of thousands. However, the bits bolted onto this Ducati look the part and give it an extra air of brutality and not a single centimetre of rim tape in sight.Check out the pics below; that seat unit is a work of art.
