Ducati Superbike description

I am selling my 2006 749s. This is a great bike to have and it won't be around for long. This bike is very fast and it looks fantastic. Full Ducati Desmo Service performed by Ducati Austin. Included valve adjustment and fresh cam belts. It has fresh fluids. New oil, brake and clutch fluids. Recharged air filter. The motor pulls strong and is ready to ride. It has 22,000 miles on it. It has been well maintained and garage kept. Clean blue title. I primarily used this bike on the weekends. It has not seen a lot of highway or inner city miles. Handles fantastic. Nuggets from Estoril

Tue, 03 May 2011

HRC Executive Vice President Shuhei Nakamoto and Ducati General Director Filippo Preziosi attracted some major media attention as they enjoyed a lengthy but very public chat in the Estoril paddock. Some speculated they were chewing the fat over Stoner’s brilliance now that even Rossi is struggling to get close to the podium on the D800cc Ducati. Others had no doubt it was the rule change for Moto GP machines moving to 1000cc in 2012 that was being debated.

How the 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200S’ Skyhook Suspension Works

Mon, 24 Sep 2012

When Ducati announced the updates for its 2013 Multistrada 1200 lineup, the Italian manufacturer was surprisingly quiet about the line’s most notable upgrade, the Ducati Skyhook Suspension. All we were told was the system is a semi-active suspension using Sachs components that adjusts its damping settings to varying riding conditions. Ducati has now provided more information about the DSS technology which will be standard equipment on the three “S” versions of the Multistrada 1200, the Touring model, the sportier Pikes Peak model and the new flagship Granturismo model.

The Ducati Monster Diesel is based on the Monster 1100 EVO and features a military-inspired theme developed by the Ducati Design Centre and Diesel Founder Renzo Rosso.
