Well maintained 1988 Ducati Paso 750. Runs strong and fast! Originally blue, and after a low-speed slide, the body work has been replaced with the tricolore Italian flag scheme styled after the 1985 F1 and 1987 851. Currently titled and registered in California till September 2016

Always stored indoors, Regularly maintained, recent carb rebuild, new tires and battery. All gauges working except clock. Speedo has been replaced; showing 4400 miles but bike has closer to 20,000. Audi Makes 750 Million Euro Offer for Ducati

Audi has offered 750 million euros (US$995 million) for Ducati, according to a report from Italian publication Corriere di Bologna. The offer is reportedly also include Ducati‘s debts. Corriere reports those debts may turn out to be much lower than the 200 million euro estimate that was being passed around in rumors.

The pressure is on Ducati and Valentino Rossi this off-season to revamp the Desmosedici for the 2012 MotoGP Championship after a lackluster 2011.
