Ducati Other description

Terrific condition. 11000mis. Runs perfect. Factory service done in 2010, new timing belts, spark plugs, valve adjustment. Exceptional tires with less than 2000mis on them. Upgrades include Staintune mufflers, Throttlemeister cruise, Laminar lip windscreen, Helibar risers w stainless front brake lines. I always use Synthetic MC oil. Recent brake fluid change. The side bags are in exceptional condition. I have all the factory stuff that came with the bike, owner s manuals, red programming key, ignition and bag keys, etc. The original exhaust and bar ends are also included. There is a small paint chip on the right lower fairing about the size of a nickel, I lost my footing while stopped and had to set it down softly, will need a touch up. Other than that the bike has never been down, and is close to perfect. The bike was 1st sold new in 2006, I am the 2nd owner and bought it in 2007. I have multiple bikes to ride so this bike still has low miles.

Should Dani Pedrosa win at Le Mans this coming weekend he will become the most successful rider In the premier-class not to win the coveted title. After his triumph in Estoril the Repsol Honda rider currently finds himself on 13 wins and in joint first and a win, at a circuit that sees him rank as one of riders with the most victories in all classes, would make him a clear leader. Joining Pedrosa at the top of the ranking is Max Biaggi and Randy Mamola, two riders who became associated with the number two.

Happy 50th Hizzy

Wed, 11 Jan 2012

On the 11th January 1962, Steve Hislop was born in Hawick, Scotland. Today would have been his 50th birthday, but he was tragically killed in a helicopter accident in 2003. Hizzy was a genius on a motorbike and when he was happy with everything around him, he was amongst the best in the world.
