A very rare 1998 USA Ducati FE for sale. Ducati Limited Final Edition production run of 800 worldwide. 300 for USA (in early 1998) and 500 for the rest of the world (in late 1997). Each 900SS/FE received a numbered plaque on the triple clamp. They were painted silver. The 900SS/FE commemorated Ducati's last production-run of the carburetor-based 900cc Supersport. The 900SS/FE, being the last of its breed, included all of the incremental updates. that were made throughout the 900 Supersport's production-run. . This motorcycle is very clean and very good overall condition. Has some small scratches on the seats plastic rear faring. The bikes has fresh set of Michelin power plus tires that have 2000 k miles on them. Bike has updated Olin rear coil over suspension. The battery is a Shorai lithium. $5,900.00

Provisional 2012 World Superbike Championship Entry List Released
Wed, 18 Jan 2012The International Motorcycling Federation has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 World Superbike Championship. The preliminary list includes 24 entries representing six manufacturers: Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Noticeably absent is Yamaha which announced last summer it would pull out of WSBK racing.
Rossi Reveals Ducati Desmosedici GP12
Mon, 30 Jan 2012Valentino Rossi has released the first photograph of the factory Ducati Desmosedici GP12 ahead of the MotoGP pre-season test at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit. The Doctor and Ducati teammate Nicky Hayden will test the GP12 alongside the other MotoGP teams and their race bikes this week to prepare for the upcoming 2012 season. The GP12 is said to be made of 90% new components, including an aluminum frame, a conventional design for most MotoGP teams but new for Ducati coming off of the ultimately unsuccessful carbon monocoque design.
Jeremy Toye Wins 92nd Running Of Pikes Peak International Hill Climb
Mon, 30 Jun 2014On his first attempt at the Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, road racer Jeremy Toye set a record in the premiere Open Class to win the category aboard a 2015 Kawasaki ZX-10R, celebrating the 30th year of the legendary Ninja brand. Prior to setting foot on the hill, Toye was confident he could get among the class leaders, aiming to beat the outright Pikes Peak motorcycle record, which was set by Carlin Dunne in 2012 with a time of 9:52.819. While that record remains intact, Toye was able to set a time of 9:58.687 to win the Open Class, finishing 6sec ahead of his closest rival, Fabrice Lambert aboard a Ducati.
