I purchased this German BMW Police (Polizei) Motorcycle a year and a half ago (2015) and imported it from Belgium were it came out of a collection. The BMW R45 now has a clear South Carolina title. I have purchased several bikes from this seller in Belgium and all have been as described. I am working on another project now and need to move some of my bikes. I have not started the bike since it was imported and it needs a new battery and has to be gone through completely. Siren and police lights are complete but have been disconnected when the bike was sold out of police service. I was told that they can be reconnected easily but I have not tried and can not verify this. SOLD AS IS |

Mon, 23 Nov 2009BMW introduced an inline six-cylinder café racer concept at the 2009 EICMA show in Milan, Italy. Inline-six engines have a staple in BMW’s automobiles for decades and the German manufacturer’s motorcycle division took on the challenge of adapting the straight-six to a bike without making it too long or too wide. The result is the BMW Motorrad Concept 6, and an evolution BMW says “will further expand the K-Series in the foreseeable future”.
