For sale 2009 BMW R1200RT. This bike comes with only 6K Miles. This bike is adult ridden, never abused, and garage kept. This bike comes with the following options such as; ABS, Heated Grips, BMW Comfort Seat, Saddlebags, Handlebar Risers, Electronically Adjustable Windshield, TPMS, etc.
This bike is in very good over all condition. Saddlebags inner sides have minor scratches since it was placed on a ground at times. Other than that this bike is in good condition, comes as pictured, no known issues with this bike at all. this bike rides excellent, no leaks of any kind. Comes with almost new Michelin Pilot tires. Tue, 29 May 2012Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points. Thu, 10 Apr 2014BMW is developing a new organic light emitting diode lighting system for cars and motorcycles. Unlike conventional LEDs, organic LEDs (or OLEDs) uses wafer-thin semiconductive layers made from organic polymers to produce light. OLEDs are more efficient and emit less heat than LEDs.
