The bike has always been garage kept and has been maintained professionally by trained techs.The equipment includes ABS brake system (the best brakes than any other bike around) in my opinion..heated grips.I drive this bike to work 100 miles a day. Givi wind shield ,top Box , New brakes front and rear .Tires great shape,(200miles )This is the ultimate adventure touring motorcycle by far.It has been serviced as required by BMW and truly a trouble free riding pleasure. 2013 BMW R1200GS Telelever Problem Explained in Transport Canada Recall
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Earlier this week, we wrote about reports in the Italian media of a delay on deliveries of the 2013 BMW R1200GS because of an issue with the suspension. Transport Canada has now issued a recall notice on BMW‘s new GS – the third to come from the Canadian government agency – that would explain the delay. According to Transport Canada, the threaded plugs securing the fork tubes to the upper triple clamp may come loose over time on some units.
