This vehicle was purchased from the estate of a well to do California business man. My lifelong friend was in charge of taking care of all of this gentlemans vehicles. The miles on this bike were all put on by my friend. He drove all of the cars and bikes at least once a month to keep them up to running standards. This bike and all other vehicles was stored in a climate controlled garage. It is therefore in absolutely like new condition. It has had all the fluids changed and is ready for use. The Bike is totally original with the exception of a battery tender added. (Included in sale). Not much more to say. This motorcycle is virtually brand new. Starts and runs perfectly. No scratches or dings of any kind. New out the door it was over 18 thousand dollars. I have all paperwork documenting the motorcycle. Own a great bike for a fraction of new. Very reasonable reserve. WSBK 2013: Moscow Race Report
Mon, 22 Jul 2013Marco Melandri captured his third win of the season, the Ducati 1199 Panigale scored its first podium while Sylvain Guintoli regained the championship lead despite dislocating his collarbone days before the race. But the big news at Moscow Raceway of course was the tragic death of Andrea Antonelli in the World Supersport race. The opening-lap crash in severely wet conditions naturally led to the cancellation of the rest of the events as the World Superbike community mourns the loss of the 25-year-old Antonelli.
WSBK: 2012 Monza Results
Mon, 07 May 2012It was supposed to be a weekend of celebration. The World Superbike Championship was celebrating its 25th anniversary of racing at Italy’s Monza circuit. Promoters Infront Motorsports brought out 30 landmark Superbikes from the series’ history, while greats such as Fred Merkel, Doug Polen and Carl Fogarty were in attendance for what was supposed to be a weekend to remember.
Isle of Man TT 2014: RL360 Superstock TT Results
Tue, 03 Jun 2014Michael Dunlop won his second race in the 2014 Isle of Man TT and ninth in his career, taking the RL360 Superstock TT on a BMW S1000RR. Dunlop also won the Superbike TT earlier, giving BMW its first two wins on the Isle of Man since 1939. Meanwhile, Supersport TT 1 winner Gary Johnson was injured in a crash on the opening lap while running second behind Dunlop.
