Aprilia sxv 550 description

FAQ:  (Received these same questions repetitively from selling locally so I decided to save both of our time.)

 Q: Does the bike run?
-YES, the bike runs perfectly when It decides too start, if It started every single time I wouldn't be selling it for this.

Q: Does the bike have compression
- YES, the bike has perfect compression, and does run perfect when it starts.

Q: Is there oil in the coolant?
-NO, the bike has no mechanical issues that I am currently aware of. It simply is hard too start like its not getting enough "juice" too the starter. Bump starting may work I simply have never attempted because I know the bike runs awesome.

Q: Is the bike street legal?
-YES, the bike has a clean NORTH CAROLINA title, you register it like any other motorcycle

*****Bike is hard to start, it does run when it wants.. when it does it runs like a scalded dog no issues. ******

**** BLACK SEALANT BIKE | Engine number: *03280*

Only has 5200 mile on bike. Bike was Tuned XV Tuner by legit shop here in NC. I'm sure someone who knows what there doing (maybe with a XV cable) could get it running within minutes. Also I have read the battery cables are aluminum based not full copper (from factory) and could be causing the "not getting enough juice". The bike is stock just un-restricted exhaust, no other modifications.

Within the past 500 miles its had oil change, valve checked and in spec, sprag clutch, starter, newer chain and brakes as well. Also has brand new battery (8-15-2016) I've never raced or beat on the bike I babied it and cruised on it like an old man. It gets tons of looks and questions every place I've took it. Its a very simple fix I'm sure. I have 2 other bikes, wife says this one must go!

I am located about 45 mins outside of CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA. I will not deliver the bike you must pickup.  Unless you pay me for my time, and diesel I will not even consider. ( Drove the bike 60 miles one way already, sorry)

If you have any questions feel free too message me, I will respond in a timely manner!

Death of a sailsman

Wed, 31 Oct 2012

Former Apple head honcho Steve Jobs liked his bikes, so when he fancied a great big yacht, it's probably not too surprising he asked French design guru Philippe Starck to pen it. You may recall that Starck, who has designed everything from juicers to hotels, also drew up the Aprilia 6.5 Moto (pictured, right) back in the 90s - a motorcycle whose main achievement has been polarising opinion ever since. (You say minimalist icon, I say F650 wearing a blanket. An orange blanket.) Anyway, when Jobs met Starck, minimal, yacht-shaped sparks evidently flew and the result - after six years of hard work at Dutch builders Feadship and Mr Jobs' passing into the Great Docking Port in the Sky - is this sleek, 80-metre superyacht named Venus. The interiors that are all flat teak decks and walls of glass, with a bridge sporting an array of iMacs.
