Aprilia Falco description

Sadly selling my beloved Falco due to back injury.  Last year made and with the black frame.  Excellent condition, never down.  Upgrades include double bubble smoke windscreen, Ohlins rear shock (just rebuilt with receipt), -1 front sprocket, derestricted, frame sliders, Aprilia factory OEM side panniers luggage system, quick release seat pins for tank and seat installed.  Lots left on chain and sprockets.  Just changed all fluids and filters.  Needs nothing but a new owner, clear & clean title in my hand.  Don't see many of these around - gets a lot of compliments.  Same engine as the Mille but more comfortable.  I will post more pictures soon when I have some more time.

I've had a Honda Interceptor VFR800 and this is a much more exciting ride...

For the SBK14 Mobile game, the top tier pledge nets the donor a package of prizes including special edition Aprilia RSV4 SBK personally delivered by Marco Melandri at the Laguna Seca Superbike round.

The R retains the same 65-degree V-4 engine (with 180 claimed horsepower) and the aluminum chassis as the previously unveiled “Factory” version but uses a few lesser-spec components to keep the costs down. More info, photos and a video after the jump.

De Puniet, Espargaro to Ride Aprilia-powered Aspar CRT MotoGP Racebike

Fri, 25 Nov 2011

The Aspar racing team announced the signing of Randy de Puniet and Aleix Espargaró to compete in the 2012 MotoGP World Championship on a CRT racebike powered by Aprilia engines. De Puniet (pictured above with his Playboy model girlfriend Lauren Vickers) rode a mystery race bike for Aspar this week at a MotoGP test, believed to be a modified version of Aprilia‘s WSBK-spec RSV4 with MotoGP-issue Bridgestone tires and carbon brakes. CRT rules require the use of a prototype chassis, so the Aspar machine cannot use the RSV4′s chassis.
